LTD Connect is proud to have client partners who are leaders in many industries. Recently, our client Christian Crain was recognized as an up-and-coming difference maker in the automotive space. Christian, who is the vice president of operations for Crain Automotive, was featured on the popular Car Dealership Guy podcast, where he told his family’s story and described the impact he and his team have made on the family business over the past few years.
Christian became a fourth-generation leader of Crain Automotive in 2023 when his grandfather Larry Crain Sr., the group’s operator, died. He’s since built an operations team that re-included his father and uncle.
One of his early moves was finding a marketing partner who understood dealership operations and how to actually move the needle. He knew exactly who he needed:
“We use a company called LTD Connect to do all of our marketing…They are a full one-stop-shop marketing firm,” Christian told host Yossi Levi on the podcast. “They’ve really bought into our mindset…and we’ve been very pleased with it.”
And we’re proud to have played our part in the turnaround that’s happened at Crain Automotive over the past couple of years.
“In 2023, we sold 20,000 total vehicles,” Christian said. “And in 2025, we’re going to sell about 45,000.”
